Sales Coordinator

We are searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in orchestrating the activities of our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling technical products, particularly in software development, with a preference for dealing with enterprise clients. Strong organizational skills are a must for success in this role. Unlike an ambitious leader, we are seeking a coordinator who can actively manage the sales process and collaborate with various departments to streamline our sales operations.

Esprow’s clients include the largest banks, brokers, exchanges, and market data vendors worldwide.

This role requires the ability to understand our clients’ needs, our market positioning, technical solutions, and sales process. You should have an inclination for lateral thinking (i.e., thinking outside of the box), be a team player, and show intellectual curiosity. Passion for technical products and a drive to succeed will be integral to your success, as much as your ability to execute tactical plans precisely.

Position Responsibilities

-    Coordinate the sales activities, including leads generation, reach outs, meetings, demos, and follow ups.
-    Ideally, someone who does not mind following up to emails with phone calls to prospective clients.
-    Manage the CRM system, keeping it updated with accurate and relevant information. This is very important.
-    Collaborate with different teams to support the sales process, including marketing, and support.
-    Assist in developing and implementing sales campaigns.
-    Represent and promote the company's brand at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

Position Requirements

-    Experience in coordinating sales activities or a similar role.
-    A personality that enjoys meeting new people and can build relationships with them.
-    Familiarity with the software development industry and enterprise clients.
-    Good client-facing and communication skills.
-    Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
-    Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-    Fluent in spoken and written English.
-    Understanding of the financial industry and Capital Markets will be a significant advantage.
