Position Description:We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Director to drive the adoption of our market-leading solutions for API lifecycle management in the financial industry. Esprow’s clients include some of the world’s largest banks, brokers, exchanges, and market data vendors.
In this role, you will develop and execute business growth strategies, identify new opportunities, meet sales targets, and build strong client relationships.
Success in this position requires a deep understanding of client needs, our market positioning, technical solutions, and sales processes. You should have a knack for lateral thinking (i.e., thinking outside the box), be a team player, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity. Given the scale of our target clients and the multi-stakeholder nature of our deals, a passion for strategic selling and a drive to succeed are just as essential as the ability to execute tactical plans with precision.
Position Responsibilities-
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

Take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals—with a strong focus on achieving annual targets and revenue goals.

Manage inbound inquiries effectively, respond promptly and professionally, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create accurate, compelling commercial quotes, proposals and pricing documents.

Represent the company and promote its brand at professional events, conferences and industry gatherings while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
Position Requirements-
At least 10 years of experience selling financial software solutions.

Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-year deals.

Experience selling software to capital markets clients, including exchanges and banks.

Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.

Ability to explain sophisticated solutions in a simple, accessible manner.

Solid understanding of the electronic trading ecosystem.
